A non-profit leadership development program  for ages 10 through the completion of high school.

We have nearly 400 units in 46 states, Guam and Puerto Rico.

Our cadets wear Navy uniforms and can train aboard naval ships and on naval bases.

Our compelling training program occurs around the country

during school vacations and covers various careers fields.

Our program changes lives by exposing cadets to new challenges and teaching them important skills

like leadership and teamwork.
